I placed my order, when will I receive it?

Hi, My Name is Lisa, I'm the Jewelry Designer behind your Custom Jewelry Order. First I want to Thank you so much for your order.

As a Small Business Owner, Your order provides me with the opporunity to continue my passion, bring happiness into the world and provide for my Family.

All of our Jewelry is Made to Order. Our processing time Due to Covid is now taking 1-4 weeks. When you place your order, all orders will be shipped on Friday of the that week. If your item is out of stock, or being delivered either way you will be sent a personal email with estimated time frame.


All of our Designs, are created to Order. So All Sales are Final. 

I got my order, but I want to exchange?

All Sales are Final! We accept store credit within 3-5 days on jewelry that is damaged. Please Email Support @ shopilaments@gmail.com to receive an RA# Authorized Credited Jewelry.



U.S. Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 

As a small business, we do our best to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Most of our orders are normally shipping with 1-2 weeks. Yet All orders are now  taking up to 1-4 weeks. But generally reaching recipients within 2 weeks due to Covid and limited access to suppliers. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by any date as USPS does NOT guarantee the number of days items take to ship. This is why some of the shipping updates will say pending, until the package is actually scanned. So I please bare with us and we are all in this together and trying to get to everyone as best we can.

All other orders under 1 pound: ship via USPS First Class with tracking provided.

All other orders over 1 pound: ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking provided.


What happens if my package is damaged?

If your order is damaged, we will recreate it and reship at no cost to you once we receive photos of the damages. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the replacement order and an addition 1- 2 weeks/business days for the post office to deliver your new package.

What if my order shipped to the wrong address?

If your order was sent to the wrong address due to our error, we will reship the item(s) out and cover the shipping cost. If it's due to your mistake, we can replace the item(s) and ship them out, however we will charge 50% of the item(s) total cost plus the shipping fee.

What happens if tracking says "delivered," but I didn't receive my order?

If your tracking shows that your item was delivered but you didn’t receive it, there could be a few reasons why this occurred. Sometimes the postal carrier delivers your package to the wrong house, in this case, it may show up in your mailbox within a day or two. If it remains missing within a few days, please check with other family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if someone took in the package and forgot to tell you or the carrier remembers where they left it.

If it is still missing, contact us at shopilaments@gmail.com and together we will try to figure out the best way to proceed. In some cases, this may require that we file a report with USPS for lost or stolen mail and you may be asked to file a police report if it was deemed stolen.
